We can not say that our watches have exact marking and engraving like the original ones. But you can see from our store photos which show every angles of the watch to show that what you see is what you get.

- Is the watch full solid stainless steel?
Yes, all our watches are full solid stainless steel. This is very important as you don’t want your watch to fade over time. The watch has to be quite heavy.

- Is the leather strap genuine?
No, it is not 100% genuine leather. Coz the genuine leather is quite expensive. It cost you 100-200 US per pair. But our store watch leather strap really look like the genuine leather strap. It is hard to tell that is not the genuine leather.

- What about the warranty?
If you have any problem with the watch send it back and we will take care of it. Please contact us before doing that. Allow up to 2 weeks to get your watch back or a new one after we receive it.

- Why does my automatic replica stop ticking and losing time?
When you first receive your automatic replica, you must give the watch an initial pre-wind. If you wear it everyday, it will continue to wind itself on your wrist when you move around and walk. If you stop wearing it for more than approximately 1-2 days, the watch will need to be reset, but will then automatically wind itself once you start wearing it again. The disadvantage to this is pretty clear. Your watch does not keep time if you do not wear it constantly. The advantages are that you will never have to replace a battery, the watch keeps great time when it is running, and most of all, this type of movement is exactly what the originals use! If your Automatic is losing or gaining time in a 24-hour period the watch needs to be adjusted. All of our automatics have an adjustment screw on the movement just like the originals. - What is the difference between sapphire and mineral crystals?
Mineral crystals are lower in cost and hardness than sapphire crystals and are usually found in non Swiss watches. It is virtually impossible to tell the difference between mineral and sapphire crystals using only the naked eye.
Sapphire crystals are harder and more scratch resistant but do cost more. Most Swiss level watches contain sapphire crystals.

The simple answer is no. We have tried this but have found that obtaining a reliable supplier is extremely difficult.

- How do I manually wind my watch?
The manual wind procedure is very much like that of the old hand wound watches. Unscrew the crown of the watch and let it pop out to its natural resting position. Do not pull the crown out as you would to set the date or time.
Then, turn the crown in a clockwise direction 15 – 25 times. While you are doing this you should be able to feel/hear/sense the mechanism winding.
Once you have completed the winding, set your time and date as you would normally then screw the crown down tightly into its closed position. Give the watch a gentle shake to start it and monitor the piece to insure it is running.

- When will I get my order?
It depends on the shipping option you have selected at checkout. Usually, all orders are shipped within 2 business days. If an item is not in stock, it can take up to 5 days until we can ship it. It takes 7-14 business days by registered airmail. And it takes 3-7 business days by EMS service. Anyway, it depends on your custom investigation process.

We stock about 90% of all the items shown on our site with the remainder having a 2-3 day wait. Of course, some items will be unavailable from our supplier as well, but we strive to maintain a discourse with them to avoid this problem.
